- External surfaces - wipe clean with a damp cloth and then dry with a soft, dry cloth - do not use abrasive cloths or strong chemical cleaners
- Buckets & food waste caddy - remove from unit and clean with hot, soapy water - wipe dry before replacing in unit (to help remove unpleasant odours, a solution of baking powder and water may also be used)

Isn't it the sleekest, classiest looking bin you've ever seen! I love that it's huge, yet has a small footprint, so hardly takes up any space. It has two separate 30 Litre buckets for you to split your rubbish from your recycling, and also has a smaller 3 litre food waste caddy that sits neatly in the corner of the rubbish compartment. We got a new bin 🙌 I’ve been eyeing up this bin for a while but it’s original price was £200 😱 So when amazon prime day deals happened, I just had to see if it was included and it was. I got it for £124 bargain!

This is especially exciting as now we have one bin for rubbish and recycling in one place, instead of two bins in two places. This frees up the corner where the recycling bin used to be too so I can get a nice big plant there instead! .
It also has a lovely little food caddy , but our council doesn’t recycle food waste ☹️

ゴミ箱事情ががらりと変わりました👏
実は今までダンボールに紙袋貼った自作ゴミ箱(笑)とか、いらないからと貰ったニトリのプラ製のゴミ箱を使っていたの😅
でも引っ越しで部屋が狭くなってからゴミとの距離も近づいたので、そろそろまともなゴミ箱が欲しいなぁ〜と思っていたところ hinatalife さんで超スタイリッシュで機能性抜群なこの方を見つけて😭✨
ちょっと仰々しいかなぁとも思ったのですが、使ってみたらこれ一つで一人暮らしのゴミを全部担ってくれるし、もちろんデザインもインテリアの邪魔にならず文句なし🥺
ゴミ箱にしてはちょっとお高いけど、その価値ある💪

The last couple of months have basically been trash (excuse the pun 🤣). I tested positive for covid the week before Christmas so there was no celebratory bubble for us and I spent a good few weeks feeling generally rubbish. Yep I was one of the lucky ones who was able to suffer at home without medical intervention, but I’ve got to say I didn’t feel very lucky at the time.
This weekend I’ve finally started to feel a bit more me so I’m back with a bang...my new josephjosephofficial bin arrived today with thanks to amazon and their amazing prime service. So naturally I wanted to show it off!

A very blank canvas!
I need to dress this area still. I really wanted some wall art here to brighten things up but there is no space! 😣 I'm going to plant something up and maybe some coloured glassware on the window shelf. Having the kitchen worktop run round and replace the sill makes a massive difference but having a dustbin that doesnt really look like one in an open plan kitchen is just👌🏼
