We’ve made a number of improvements to our new loyalty programme, the JJ Collective, in order to make it easier for you to benefit with more exclusives, VIP access and tiered rewards.

Points & rewards:

Depending on which JJ Collective tier you’re in, you’ll collect between 1 – 3 points per £1 spent at JosephJoseph.com. Tiers are calculated based on yearly spend so the more you spend with us, the more you’ll get back. Any current points you had on The Nest loyalty programme will have been calculated and converted to the new scheme so you won’t have lost out on anything earnt previously. We've also allocated your current tier based on your spend in the past year.Rewards are much simpler with the JJ Collective as every 100 points earnt equates to a £5 reward to spend at checkout. As before, the reward can be selected from the dropdown at checkout and will be deducted directly from your order. Rewards can be used against full price purchases only and cannot be redeemed alongside any other offer. Please note, points do now expire 1 year after they are earnt so make sure you redeem any rewards within this timeframe to avoid missing out.

Tiers:

We’ve introduced tiers to the JJ Collective so the more you spend with us, the more you'll get back.

Bronze tier – Spend between £0 - £299 in a year and you’ll collect 1 point per £1 spent

Silver tier – Spend between £300 - £599 in a year and you’ll collect 2 points per £1 spent

Gold tier – Spend over £600 in a year and you’ll collect 3 points per £1 spent

Points will be collected based on the tier status at the time of purchase. If a purchase made qualifies you to move up a tier, you’ll still collect the points from the original tier on that purchase with the multiplier applying from your following purchase onwards.

Tier status will expire 1 year from the date it was obtained if you do not hit the required spend again within that year. For all previous members of the Nest, your initial tier status will expire on 16th March 2026 which is 1 year after our new JJ Collective scheme launched.

Additional point earners:

We’ve simplified the additional points earners to focus more on other benefits, however you can still collect 10 additional points for following us on Instagram and 10 points when you leave a review on a verified purchase.

Silver tier members receive double points on every purchase made (2 points per £1 spent) and free standard delivery on all purchases.

Joseph Joseph reserve the right to terminate a user’s account if we consider the user to have breached the terms and conditions or be misusing the programme.

To collect points when leaving a review, you will need to ensure you click through our review request email to make sure your purchase is verified. You should receive this email 18 days after purchasing. After leaving the review, 10 points will be added to your account within 24 hours.

Points cannot be collected for reviews left on refunded products.
