"Disappointed with the cut marks on the chopping boards given they are only a few weeks usage in…! Thought they would be more resilient than they are!! So disappointed TBH and a lot of money to purchased compared to other brands available but thought I’d purchase “brand products”"
Bad quality
"I bought this cutting board set expecting a durable kitchen product, but unfortunately the quality was very disappointing. After just one incorrect use with a knife, the board was completely ruined and covered in deep damage. A cutting board should be able to handle normal kitchen mistakes without becoming unusable. What made the experience worse was the lack of support from customer service. I simply asked if it was possible to purchase replacement boards without buying the whole set again, since the stand is still perfectly fine, but they refused to help. For a brand that markets itself as premium kitchenware, I expected much better durability and customer support. Right now it feels like one small mistake and the product is basically worthless. I would not recommend this set if you are looking for something that lasts."
