"I ordered a £60 item early in Nov to be delivered on 9th Nov at my local post office . When I went to collect it I was told it had been sent back by DLP. They have a returned tracking no. They have said it was sent back to yourselves. I have written to Joseph joseph three times with no reply. Where is it and why have you not written back to me. This is shocking customer service."
