Good quality as expected

Easy to hold, & alot easier to clean than a traditional Mandoline
Using the pincher tools makes it safer but just have to get the positioning right
Some things easier to grip than others
Ideal for potatoes & salads etc carrots courgettes
Closes so blade not exposed & fits in cupboard or draw no bigger than a cheese grater

Brilliant Kitchen Tool

I love it. Have to be careful slicing certain things, like cabbage but using common sense helps 😀
It’s easy to hold, rinse, store. Perfect. I use it for potatoes, onions, capsicum, carrots, even garlic and ginger. I have found nothing negative about it at all.
