Poor packaging
"I have had 2 of these delivered and both came with a broken handle used to hang and open the board. JJ sent me a replacement but the quality of the packaging is poor and it came broken. Sadly they had to give me my money back as there is an issue with their stock. Not sure why they are still selling them on their website if this is the case."

Badly Packaged - Arrived Broken
"As per several other reviews, the ironing board arrived with the yellow carrying handle completely snapped off. Obviously a regular problem, due to the fact there is no protection for this area from the plastic packaging. As long as you don’t want to use the handle hang it on a wall (which is one of the main selling features of the item) that might not be a problem. Otherwise a good size ironing surface and a good height."
