A good serendipitous buy

To be truthful I bought this as a postage saver to make up an order... but I'm glad I did because it is a neat little gadget that produces great results. I've used it mainly on cucumber to great effect. It's small enough to nestle in a kitchen drawer without taking up too much room but big enough to do the job. A great little gadget all round.

Mini Batchcooking IG bas pour ce début de semaine 🥰 Cuisiné dimanche soir. 🍆lundi soir ratatouille cookomix_com + oeuf au plat 🍠mardi soir quiche Paleo et spaghetti de courgette +salade ( huile d’olive) 👌simple et bon. Et demande peu de préparation le soir même. Pratique après le boulot avec 2 crapules dans les pattes qui crient famine🤣👶👦 En plus je me suis achetée un petit gadget manuel pour faire des spaghettis de légumes j’adore! josephjosephofficial 😋 📝Pour l’appareil à quiche c’est une recette Paleo: - 4 œufs - 50g farine de patate douce - 300ml de lait d’amande sans sucre ajouté 🍅En garniture j’ai mis fêta et tomates séchées. Tried making #zoodles with my new spiralizer josephjosephofficial and yay!! It was successful 😍 . Making #zucchininoodles is bit of a task with a handheld spiralizer but for a small batch, it’s worth the effort!! . Got these with 1 zucchini and those cute little leftover were used for baking in another dish!! . Can cook it two ways On flame- remove excess moisture by putting salt over zucchini. Keep for 30mins to drain excess water. Saute in a pan with some olive oil .
